Food and Beverage Manager will report to General Manager.
Food and Beverage Manager oversees and manages all food and beverage operations in the hotel, including staff supervision, menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing Food and Beverage orders, staff, and finances.
