Floor Manager - Makassar (JD Sports)

Job Description :

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist other store employees with their work
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
• Responsible for achieving sales and improving team performance
• Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales targets
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Manage merchandise traffic in store, control merchandise inventory in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma in any field
• At least 4 years of working experience in the retail industry or related field, preferably with experience as a Store Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Possess good customer service skills, drive in achieving sales targets, strong leadership qualities, & a hard worker.
• Have good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, & effective communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts
• Required language(s): Proficient in English
• Ready to work 5 days a week and on public holidays
