Fixed Income Business Development Officer

We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as a Fixed Income Business Development Officer. In this position, you will act as the Product and Project Manager, in which you will be part of a team that lead the development initiatives of all IDX Bond product and services, especially Bond and Money Market Trade Repository and Trading Platform. This role involves implementing and supporting activities related to the development of bond business, through the identification of business needs, coordination of project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic and corporate-wide bond initiative development activities to meet market demands in support of achieving the company's vision and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Putting together ideas and concepts for developing Bonds related product and service with related Division in IDX, external parties (Self-Regulatory Organisations (SRO), Market Participants, Associations) and regulators (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia).
• Construct business design, conduct feasibility studies and develop Business Specification/Requirement as part of Project Development preparation phase.
• Lead the Product Development project life cycle starting from initiation, planning, execution, management and review. This will include conducting FGD, executing system testing, drafting regulation, leading training/socialisation and budgeting control.
• Conduct intensive coordination with all related parties (internal, external and regulators) in making sure that Product Development is implemented to the best of stakeholders' expectations.

Minimum Qualifications: Specific Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a major related to Economics, Management, or Information Technology.
• Having a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Project/Product Management or Business Analyst, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of capital market & financial products, market structures, and technology applications in finance.
• Having knowledge related to Fixed Income and Money Market product is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours, as project demands require.
• Work Location in Head Office, Jakarta.

General Requirements:

• Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point).
• Good communication skills (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing.
• Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
