FIT Package Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused FIT Package Supervisor to oversee our independent travel services. You will be responsible for designing tailored itineraries, managing relationships with partners, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the FIT (Free Independent Traveler) team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Design and execute personalized travel packages that align with client needs and expectations.
3. Negotiate and collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to provide the best services.
4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
5. Address and resolve customer inquiries or service issues quickly and effectively.
6. Analyze market trends and client feedback to enhance travel products and services.
7. Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring high service standards.
8. Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience as an FIT Package Supervisor or in a similar role within the travel industry.
3. Strong knowledge of travel products, itinerary planning, and reservation systems.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and booking/reservation platforms.
