Financing Analyst Section Head (Credit Manager, Banking)

Financing Analyst Section Head is a senior credit analyst responsible for handling credit cases (preferably complicated ones) from beginning to end. The Financing Analyst Section Head is also responsible for assisting the Financing Analyst Dept Head with other tasks, whether related to credit or beyond that. Additionally, the Financing Analyst Section Head is responsible for mentoring junior credit analysts as they prepare to embark further in their careers to managing people.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes.
• Conducting document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes.
• Preparing spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee.
• Identifying and providing mitigation actions for all risks entailed.
• Providing professional opinions and/or recommendations to the Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines.
• Tracking loan covenants to ensure compliance and completing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Having a minimum of 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent understanding of business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset.
• Detail-oriented, with strong verification and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude with team members and clients.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
