Job Description

1. Driving the financial planning and analysis for the company.
2. Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts.
3. Providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
4. Working closely with various teams to understand and improve business processes.
5. Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the company's financial goals.
6. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
7. Managing budgeting and forecasting activities.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
• Certified Management Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG multinational companies
• Strong analytical skills with good business acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong at pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to build cross-discipline relationships
• High level of ethics and integrity
