The key function of Financial Planning & Analysis is to generate insightful analyses of business performance and behaviour and contribute to formulation of business strategies and plans for identification of opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Description

• Driving the financial planning and analysis for the company.
• Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Working closely with various teams to understand and improve business processes.
• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the company's financial goals.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
• Certified Management Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG multinational companies
• Strong analytical skill with good business acumen
• Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and ability to build cross-discipline relationships
• High level of ethics and integrity
