Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Office Administration/any related field
At Least 1-2 Year of Experience in Treasury Role (Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and SAP System (will be a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
Well understanding of banking process and treasury operation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
High level of Integrity and Responsibility in handling Financial matters
Job Description:
Responsible for making internal transfers for internal payments (TA, TCA, Entertainment, Top Up Petty Cash, etc.)
Responsible for transferring funds between accounts, processing bank deposits, loans, and ensuring the process has been carried out correctly and efficiently
Manage and ensure the Process PIB (Persetujuan Impor Barang) payments are running correctly and efficiently
Communication and correspondence with Bank & Vendors
