Finance Supervisor / Manager

About the role

PT Chinghe Tech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor / Manager to join our team in Central Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management and ensure sufficient operational funds.
2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting on time.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
7. Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
8. Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding financial matters.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the Accounting industry.
3. Strong ability to manage and oversee company finances, such as understanding of financial accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
4. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proven track record of leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
7. Familiarity with financial software such as accurate system.
8. Capable of preparing financial reports and managing cash flow.
9. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and possesses high integrity.
10. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
