Finance Staff (Gresik, East Java)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the temporary cash receipt form/cash disbursement proof form received has been filled in correctly, completely and clearly, and is accompanied by supporting documents attached and signed by the requestor and his/her superior before disbursing cash.
2. Numbering the cash receipt form and proof of cash disbursement form in a certain format.
3. Recap and update the Daily Cash Report for both cash transactions and disbursements, including unsettled cash transactions (temporary hanging cash).
4. Responsible for the physical and availability of cash, as well as the match of the final balance per daily cash report with the physical cash on hand.
5. Scan all related documents to be stored in GDrive.
6. Carry out physical cash calculations at the end of each month and create related physical cash calculation reports to be submitted to the Head Office in Cakung, East Jakarta.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
3. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF, IS A MUST.
4. Have good logical thinking, detail-oriented; thorough and accurate.
5. Able to communicate well, actively and proactively in two directions with superiors and other related divisions.
6. Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Gresik, East Java.

8. Working Hour: 6 Working Days (Monday - Friday) 8AM - 4PM, (Saturday) 8AM - 1PM.
