Finance Staff

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Verify invoices, match them with purchase orders or receipts, and prepare payments.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
