Finance Specialist

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializing in the SEO field, established in 2019. We operate as Software as a Service (SaaS) and are located in two major cities in Indonesia, Jakarta and Malang. Our mission is to help companies increase their visibility on the internet through services such as SEO Consulting, Content Writing, and Content Marketing, as well as offering products like SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. cmlabs aims to expand its market to provide SEO products and services on a global scale.

Job Description

• Recording cash, bank, sales, purchases, and receivables reports
• Checking Malang office petty cash reports and notes
• Creating invoices and tax invoices
• Sending soft copy invoices by email or hard copy for clients who require physical documents
• Making bill payments
• Processing salary payments
• Recording and checking Income Tax Withholding Proofs from clients
• Preparing financial reports
• Preparing data required by tax consultants (Salary, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, Financial reports)

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience of 2 years in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
