FINANCE SENIOR SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Experience in handling LC and creating BI reports is preferred.
4. Skills: Excellent technical, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific accounting and financial reporting requirements.
6. Active in English and Mandarin preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting Operations: Manage the accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against budget.
4. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
5. Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate with external auditors and the internal audit team to ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain effective internal controls.
6. Special Projects: Perform special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager or Finance Director.
