Job description

Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts.

Client Details

Our client is a prominent mining company with a strong track record and proven ability to withstand turbulence in the mining scene. In order to boost their ever-expanding operation, they are looking to hire finance staff to work at their HO.

Description

  • Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) and supporting daily operations.
  • Prepare, monitor, and reconcile the budget and fund reports on-site.
  • Monitor company transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and receipts.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately.
  • Generate reports related to the company's financial activities.
  • Analyze costs.
  • Support in preparation of calculations of project financial and feasibility study.
  • Weekday working hours, 9am to 5pm.

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent with Excel.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Placement at Jakarta Pusat.
  • Willing to work on Saturday half day.
  • Mandarin is not necessary, but a welcomed addition.
