Finance Officer

• Handled Account Receivable (A/R) & Accounts Payable (A/P) for unit business.
• Develop financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Oversee high-value payment transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Responsible for compliance administration with third party relation (client & vendor) and issue resolution.
• Reconcile Cash In & Out transactions, Credit Card based on bank mutations/transactions or invoices.
• Provide payment voucher documents to the Tax team to check taxes and the Accounting team to identify transactions.
• Manage Payment Ads for Client and make a report on the balance of client advertising payments.
• Create transaction document filling for expenditure purposes for audit and tax purposes.
• Coordinate with operational divisions or clients to resolve payment issues.
• Manage reporting for financial status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance role.
• Proficiency in optimizing financial resources to achieve organizational goals.
• Capability to conduct scenario planning to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
• Experience in providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
• Ability to present financial data clearly and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
