Our client is currently looking for a Finance Manager for a US-based company, well known in the manufacturing industry.

Job Opportunity:

Job Description:

• Drive the business to exceed financial commitments and grow market share
• Analyze forecast and drive business performance and communicate to key stakeholders timely
• Improve operating leverage and build plans to outperform and drive execution
• Build/develop a strong engaged finance team
• Build agile and high performing team
• Build strong engagement and collaboration culture within finance and across organization
• Develop and retain high talent, providing training and coaching
• Enhance and support Controllership Culture
• Embrace and support the high class compliance standards
• Achieve operational & accounting excellence to ensure effective controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Business Partner with a focus on growing the business while driving leverage
• Business Partner the Regional VP and provide financial decision support
• Drive and support growth agenda and business development activity for SEA
• Build and foster strong positive relationships within the business and be part of the solution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or its equivalent
• 10+ years in regional senior finance roles (+3 years regional experience & FP&A experience/manager role)
• Solid background in financial analysis in a commercial environment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
• Decision making and results-driven
• Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate across diverse functions
• Innovation and initiative are required to develop the business by continuously improving work procedures to achieve a higher level of productivity
• Excellent skills in MS Excel; SAP and Hyperion software experience is strongly recommended
• Good written and verbal communication in English
