Finance Manager ( HKD45K-60K丨Stationed in Indonesia丨Not Require Garment Exp.)

To keep abreast of industry improvements, their management is sincerely recruiting an experienced finance professional to lead and manage their accounting department in the Indonesia office.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage accounting team (Chinese colleagues based in Indonesia) to handle the factory’s full set of accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements in Indonesia.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage cash flow to ensure the factory’s financial stability and sustainability.
• Optimize the allocation of financial resources to support the factory’s operations and strategic goals.
• Maintain and update the factory’s expense policy to ensure it reflects current financial regulations and organizational goals.
• Monitor and improve financial policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Associate Degree or above qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management acquired in Indonesia, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proven track record of job exposure and working experience in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Immediately available is preferred.
