Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The Finance Manager will also monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, they will lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.
3. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
4. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
6. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations.
7. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
8. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CFA, CPA is a plus).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
4. Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Spreadsheet skills.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
