The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will support decision-making through data analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead financial planning aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic insights to management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and accounting standards
• Lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to support business goals
• Oversee financial systems and improve processes for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
• Skilled in financial analysis, budget planning, and forecasting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Preferably holds certifications such as CPA or CFA
