About the challenges
This exciting opportunity seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Junior Manager to play a key role in supporting the company's financial health. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to treasury, banking, accounts payable and receivable, and providing valuable financial insights to support informed decision-making.

What your day to day would look like

• Financial Operations Management: Oversee accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure expense disbursements align with the budget, providing analytical support during reviews to identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities.
• Financial Reporting and Insights: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and analysis, supporting informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Conduct R&D initiatives to streamline finance processes, such as developing dashboards to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within the AP department.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist the Finance and Accounting Team (FAT) Manager with data for due diligence and audit processes.
• Project Management: Assist with ERP implementation and other FAT Manager-assigned projects.
• Lead the AR PG Team: Ensure all booked transactions from payment gateways are paid according to contractual terms.
• Reconciliation and Compliance: Oversee the proper completion of reconciliation processes for all payment gateways.
• VAT Management: Ensure Faktur Pajak (VAT slips) are collected from local payment gateways according to agreements.
• AR Clearance and Automation: Manage and automate the AR clearance process for payment gateways.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present timely analyses of AR PG performance to the FAT Manager and Corporate Finance Department Head.
• Audit Support: Prepare all AR and AP PG-related data submissions for local, group, and tax auditors.

Is this you?

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a background in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for interaction with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Prior experience managing and mentoring AR & AP teams, delegating tasks, and setting goals (preferred).
• Expertise in billing processes, managing overdue payments, and collection efforts (including experience working with external agencies if necessary).
• Familiarity with intercompany transaction aging and settlement processes (preferred).
• Willingness to work full-time in an office setting (WFO) at our headquarters in Dukuh Atas, Jakarta, and ability to start immediately.
