Job description

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer who is managing a team of 20 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Transactions data entry, journal entry and reconciliation using Quickbooks.
  • Finance Management: Handle budgeting, financial reporting, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.
  • HR Operations: Oversee recruitment requirements, documents, employee records, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with employee standards using Mekari Talenta software.
  • Document and Record Management: Maintain organized and secure company documents, contracts, employee files, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Office Administration: Be responsible for general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Operational Improvement: Help improve finance and accounting processes in the company.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in operational accounting & finance role (not just supervising), preferably in a small to medium sized organisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting software is a must.
  • Experience in handling multi-currency transactions (IDR, USD, SGD) is a must. We typically use Wise, but open to changes.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and BPJS is a must.
  • Experience in Human Resources operations.
  • Experience in Indonesian financial reporting requirements and lodgement.
  • Experience in financial reporting in Singapore is a plus.
  • Experience in managing HR using Talenta is a plus.
