We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring for the following positions: HR, Administration, and Accounting. If you are passionate, dedicated, and ready to contribute to a growing business, we want to hear from you!

In this hybrid role, you will only be expected to carry out selected aspects of each title mentioned above; the scope has been tailored to the needs of Cular and to fit the role for one person to carry out.

Responsibilities

HR Position:

1. Proven experience in HR roles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Administration Position:

1. Proven experience in administrative roles.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Accounting Position:

1. Certification (preferred).
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
3. Analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
4. Strong proficiency in Zoho Accounting software.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in English and Indonesian.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience.
