FINANCE CONTROLLER

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller, this is a full-time position based in Kabupaten Bogor. As the Finance Controller you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our organization.

Job Description:

1. Assets safeguarding.
2. Evaluate Cost, Benefit due to daily Operation and Company’s Goals.
3. Development Procedure Internal Audit, related to Finance.
4. Manage all Insurance Cost VS Asset Safeguarding.
5. Manage Collection on Time.
6. Manage Cash/Bank.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance, or MBA in Finance.
2. Accounting / Finance experience: A minimum of 5-7 years as Finance / Accounting Manager in Big FMCG Distribution Company.
3. Managerial Experience: Prior experience in Supervising and Managing Finance teams is a must.
4. As Internal Auditor (2-3 Years) audit Cash, Stock, Invoice is a must.
5. Oracle or SAP experience are advantages.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Ready to travel outside Jakarta.
8. Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary.
9. High level of ethics and integrity.
