Finance Controller

Contract, Kasual/Temporer

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial strategies and monitor expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
• Lead the finance team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller in the hotel or apartment industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
