Manufacturing Cost Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing costs to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure manufacturing processes remain within budget.
Overhead Analysis: Analyze overhead costs and develop strategies to optimize overhead expenditure.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including production, finance, and procurement, to gather data and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to manufacturing costs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cost management processes and practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) specific to manufacturing operations.
Experience with cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and activity-based costing.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with a focus on manufacturing modules.
