Finance Assistant Manager

Minimum Finance Supervisor who has experience in preparing estimates / planning of cash flow / cash flow of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Making accurate cash flow reports.
2. Experience in authorizing payments via mobile banking (soft token and hard token).
3. Experience in checking and controlling expenses in accordance with basic financial procedures and principles.
4. Ensuring the accuracy of sales reports in accordance with the amount of money received.
5. Identifying and managing financial risks to minimize potential losses and maximize profits.
6. Leading the finance division team to carry out work in accordance with the directions and rules that have been set.
7. Liaising with shareholders, providing financial reports and bank balances.
8. Taking care of the completeness of administration and legality of bank credit.
9. Managing financial investments and submitting investment placements and management that benefit the company.
10. Coordinating with other divisions by providing financial support in maintaining the smooth operation of the company.
11. Coordinating with the Accounting department in order to improve the control system and maximize the use of integrated application systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
