Finance (AR Bank & Tax) Staff

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Finance/Banking/Equivalent (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
• Good knowledge about handling payment (manual and internet banking), reporting to Bank Indonesia, and account receivable (For Finance - AR Bank)
• Experience in calculating and reporting income tax and VAT (Prepare data for yearly CITR) (For Finance - Tax)
• Able to speak and write in English fairly
• Good expression, communication, and teamwork ability
• Applicants must be willing to work in GIIC - Deltamas

Job Description:

• AR, Payments, Bank:
  - Managing purchase payment schedules
  - Executing payments
  - Generating financial reports
  - Handling loans
  - Documenting contracts
  - Reporting to Bank Indonesia
  - Overseeing deposits, focusing on detailed loan management and analysis of late receivable deposits.
• Tax:
  - Check and calculate income tax invoices.
  - Report and pay income tax.
  - Making domestic and foreign income tax deposits.
  - Prepare documents required for restitution requests.
