Finance and Accounting Staff ( English Speaker )

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Prefer experienced candidates from Smartphone Company Industry with more than 2 years.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, strong communication skills, and good teamwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, energetic, disciplined, honest, responsible, and good personality.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Will be placed in Head Office Jakarta (PIK, North Jakarta).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Creating sales invoices and tax invoices.
• Assist in daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Creating records of cash receipts, cash disbursement, and the amount of cash deposit.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
