Finance Analyst

Key Objective of Role
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key insights and monitor and analyse key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions, including evaluating project proposals for return on investment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function, with a focus on leveraging technologies to automate manual tasks and streamline workflows.
• Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations to communicate key financial metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility within finance systems and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and other materials for investor meetings

Relevant Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 3 years working experience in providing FP&A business partnering.
• Experience with modelling and financial forecasting is a must.
• Experience with Power BI tools.
• Experience with AI/RPA tools and technologies for process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
