Lead the financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance reviews to support decision-making.
Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Strengthen financial controls, improve accounting processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and alignment with group objectives.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
Oversee financial systems, ensure data integrity, and support system enhancements for better financial management.
Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
Must have experience in the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG).
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a holding company or multi-entity organization.
Strong expertise in financial consolidation and IFRS/PSAK accounting standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Strong knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
