Finance Accounting & Tax Specialist

PT Wanli Mining Services is now looking for Finance Accounting & Tax

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or Taxation.
2. Strong ability in financial data analysis and financial planning.
3. Proficient in the full financial reporting cycle in accordance with established accounting principles.
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with accounting software.
5. Capable of analyzing and managing financial risk, including familiarity with FAT (Financial Action Task Force) standards.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
8. Able to multitask effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions:

1. Supervise all financial transactions, accounting activities, and financial reporting processes.
2. Manage the company's tax obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to manage company assets and inventory used in operational processes.
4. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
5. Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and legal requirements related to financial operations.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with external parties (e.g., auditors, consultants, financial institutions) to support business operations.
7. Provide recommendations to improve financial SOPs and enhance overall financial management practices.
