Finance Accounting Tax Manager for Lyman Group

Location: Jakarta

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Professional qualification in Finance/Accounting, Business Studies or other related discipline or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA), with GPA Min 3.00 in reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience preferably in the same field within managerial level or similar position (minimum) and experienced in multi industries.
• Experience in creating the Consolidated Financial Statement.
• Brevet certification.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel & Word, Tax and other related systems.
• Good leadership, analytical, strong attention to detail, initiative, result oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Possess good communication/interpersonal skills, high integrity, trustworthy, managerial skill, auditing skills and must be able to demonstrate good understanding of the business and accounting processes.
• Ability to work independently or as a team and willing to travel.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage financial cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, debt and company budget.
• Manage accounting functions (journal and general ledger control).
• Plan and coordinate corporate budget planning and manage budget needed to ensure use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company's operational activities.
• Prepare data or information that is needed for financial report analysis.
• Complete monthly accounts of the whole organization.
• Prepare financial statements for the company and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare Consolidated Financial and Management Reporting.
• Prepare forecasts and projects with the accounting division.
• Have knowledge of tax regulations in Indonesia and be able to prepare tax planning and reporting.
• Understand PSAK, IFRS and treasury function.
• Create reports and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow, capital changes).
• Strong in analyzing information & options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information.
