Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Description :

• Overseeing daily business operations
• Responsible for formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long-term goals for business growth and profitability achievement.
• Managing the company's financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issues & management reporting.
• Actively involved in budget control, financial planning, and analysis.
• Introducing and implementing cost-saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business.
• Acting as an internal control for the Company and liaising with external auditors.
• Interacting with legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, appraisers, banks, and government officers.
• Other Ad-hoc Projects: Actively involved in every project assignment for process improvement or corporate actions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
• A minimum of 7 years experience handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3 years as a manager in FAT.
• Certified in Brevet A & B.
• Hands-on with PSAK.
• Hands-on with SAP Software/ Accounting System.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to build cross-discipline relationships.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
• Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
