Finance & Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team at PT Organik Sehat Alami, a dynamic and fast-growing company in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
4. Provide financial guidance and support to various departments, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
6. Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
