Finance Accounting - Mandarin

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial position.

Have knowledge in Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Cost Analysis.

Familiarity with import and export business is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills are required.

Job Description

Accurately process, handle, and record daily financial transactions.

Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to help guide our decision-making.

Work closely with different departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Provide monthly and annual financial statements, tax returns, and financial analysis.

Responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsible for checking and monitoring expenses.
