Finance & Accounting Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and strategic advising.
• Must be fluent in English and preferably in Mandarin (HSK 5)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, PSAK, and tax laws.
• Experience in overseeing audits and making strategic procurement/buying decisions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Accurate (preferred).
• Excellent management skills with experience leading financial teams and projects.
• A natural problem-solver and a team player with the ability to collaborate across fast-paced departments.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Job Descriptions:

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis for strategic decisions, and investment evaluation.
• Preparing financial statements, ensuring adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), and managing audits and regulatory compliance.
• Focuses on cash flow optimization, liquidity management, and identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Providing financial insights to the General Manager for strategic planning, including growth, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Managing the finance team (Accounting, AR, AP, Cashier), ensuring efficiency, providing training, and fostering collaboration.
