We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounting & Tax to oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Job Responsibilities:

• Lodge sales tax, BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan, and withholding tax
• Manage and process payroll for staff and artists, including personal taxes for all staff and directors
• Cross-check administrative records and input expenses from the procurement team
• Prepare and analyze financial & tax reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insight into the company's financial performance
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to management to drive business growth and profitability, including PMA structuring
• Reconcile bank statements and manage budget planning
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities
• Prepare and submit LKPM report at OSS
• Track and report on KPIs, including staff turnover, lease turnover, ROAS, customer metrics, and profit margins
• Work closely with directors to handle personal taxes and financial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Already domiciled in Bali
• Registered Accountant and Taxation (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and BPJS requirements
• Experience in payroll processing, tax filing, and financial reporting
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
