Finance Accounting

QUALIFICATION :

- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance Management, or Business

- Fluency in English proficiency is a must

- Experience in analyzing/creating/compiling COGM (Cost of Goods Manufacturing) and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

- Experience in controlling and monitoring the movement of inventory stock & conducting inventory stock records periodically as needed

- Experience in analyzing fixed costs, variable costs, overhead costs & cost of manufacturing as well as cost efficiency.

- Knowledge of managing all audit requirements (with regard to accounting and taxation)

- Experience in preparing summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget

- Experience in handling payroll

- Willing to be placed in H. Nawi, Gandaria, South Jakarta and work from Monday to Saturday

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Journal all the account payable transactions

- Journal all memorial journals (e.g., amortization, depreciation, COGS, etc.)

- Bank reconciliation

- Matching payments (e.g., Tokopedia, Xendit, etc.)

- AR reconciliation to customer

- Inventory reconciliation

- Review financial reports

- Provide data support for internal/external audits

- Set a flow in Xero related to accounting system/journal

- Calculate income tax

- Handle all matters related to taxation and government reports

- Provide data support for tax audits
