Machine Installation: Travel to customer sites to perform complete machine installations, including maintenance and operational training.
Customer Training: Train customer representatives in maintenance and operation to ensure proper use of machinery per manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions, whether related to electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, or system issues.
On-Site Service: Identify solutions to customer machinery issues and take necessary actions, including coordinating with the company to ensure effective resolution.
Service Reporting: Document all service activities and interventions.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical) graduate.
At least 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the heavy machinery sector (wood, glass, metal manufacturing).
