Field Engineer

Role Summary

The Field Engineer will be responsible for testing new systems, conducting demonstrations for potential clients, and providing comprehensive support to current customers. Proficiency in English is required, as it is the primary language for communication, documentation, and technical manuals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related IT fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited university
• Open to fresh graduates; 3-5 years of work experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems; Linux experience is advantageous
• Mechanical and RF skills are beneficial
• Knowledge of IP Networking and server configuration is preferred
• Basic programming skills in Python and Java are a plus
• Ability to conduct training sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid passport and a clean police record
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer-facing skills
