FASHION MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a background in fashion. We are seeking candidates with strong fashion marketing abilities for a mid to high end modern street wear / lifestyle brand, who can promote and market the brand to our target market audience and oversee all social and distribution channels. Qualified applicants should have experience in fashion marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce platforms creating budgets for ad and promotional campaigns. He/She will need to co-ordinate and style video/photo shoot for content, as well as working with staff to create marketing campaigns and promoting brand awareness in all areas to increase sales. He/She should have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, strong communication skills, also can work with the team or with under minimum supervision. Experience in e-commerce, shopee and tokopedia marketing is a prerequisite and having fashion business experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Seek, manage, maintain and develop relationships with customers in every communication type
2. Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity
3. Plan, organize and execute fashion marketing campaigns for the brand
4. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
5. Develop integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of selling categories
6. Support digital efforts, including content, E-commerce, social media, and PR
7. Broadly managing the quality of our catalogue and the resulting customer experience
8. Present findings regularly with marketing team colleagues to influence future strategy development and drive action
9. Define, build and manage reporting on our key customer metrics and long-term customer value
10. Organize and co-ordinate photo/video photos for campaigns
