We offer a wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories with innovative designs and superior quality for customers of all demographics. Currently, Clouwny continues to expand its sales reach through marketplaces, offline stores, and sales events such as bazaars and pop-up markets.

About the Role

At this moment, Clouwny is looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing and creating fashionable products that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our target audience.

If you’re passionate about fashion, have an eye for trends, and are experienced in the production process, we’d love to see your creative ideas come to life!

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the production and marketing teams to design innovative and trend-setting fashion pieces while ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing stylish clothing collections such as tops, dresses, blouses, outers, and pants, aligned with Clouwny’s brand vision.
• Researching and staying updated on the latest fashion trends to create fresh and market-relevant designs.
• Creating detailed technical sketches and specifications for production.
• Selecting appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims to bring designs to life.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and maintain quality during manufacturing.
• Working closely with the marketing team to align designs with seasonal campaigns, market trends, and the unique selling points of each product.
• Monitoring the production process to maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Leading brainstorming sessions with Owners and Production team to conceptualize new ideas for upcoming collections.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion design and production for retail fashion companies
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and stylish clothing designs.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
• Able to create design sketches by hand or using digital tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
