Fashion Designer

What you will be doing:

1. Designing and developing stylish clothing collections such as tops, dresses, blouses, outers, and pants, aligned with our brand vision.
2. Researching and staying updated on the latest fashion trends to create fresh and market-relevant designs.
3. Creating detailed technical sketches and specifications for production.
4. Selecting appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims to bring designs to life.
5. Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and maintain quality during manufacturing.
6. Working closely with the marketing team to align designs with seasonal campaigns, market trends, and the unique selling points of each product.
7. Monitoring the production process to maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of designs.
8. Leading brainstorming sessions with Directors and the Production team to conceptualize new ideas for upcoming collections.

What we are looking for:

1. At least 2 years of experience in fashion design and production for retail fashion companies.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and stylish clothing designs.
3. Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
4. Able to create design sketches by hand or using digital tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
6. Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
