Our company is looking for a farm manager to join our team. Candidates must possess the following attributes:

• Physically fit and able to engage in production planning as well as direct field work
• Theoretical & practical knowledge in organic horticulture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with computer data entry and analysis
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid driving license
• Hardworking, methodical, honest and adaptable

The candidate is expected to manage farm production with the help of 4-5 farm workers as well as collaborate with our kitchen staff regarding internal supply. S/he must be able to learn all aspects of our farm operation within a short time and help us institute production and organisational improvement in the longer term. Dedication to the job and ability to organise workers is a must. A strong team-based working style is mandatory.
