Factory Quality Control (QA/QC) for Sukabumi Placement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Factory Quality Control (QA/QC) professional for our Sukabumi facility. The QA/QC role will involve monitoring and ensuring the quality of products and processes in the factory, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

• Update all operational SOPs, Work Instructions (IK), and forms across all divisions as a control document.
• Responsible for internal and external audits, including preparation and execution.
• Ensure the quality of production output, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Release production results and coordinate with the PPIC warehouse for item/product codes to be released.
• Conduct in-line QC inspections to ensure the production process follows established standards.
• Perform retail sampling for each production batch.
• Maintain all laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct regular calibration of all QC and operational equipment.
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14000:2018, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC.
• R&D in conducting trials and new product development.

• Minimum S1 education in Food Technology, Biology, or other relevant majors.
• Preferably have at least 1 year experience as Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) in the food industry.
• Familiar with food safety systems, including FSSC and ISO 22000.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) well.
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and able to work independently.
