Factory Plant Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA)
• Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
• Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Manage plant financials such as budgets, purchasing, capital, etc. to meet/exceed business expectations.
• Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating manner.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Leads new initiatives as assigned, includes productivity, efficiency and certification compliance

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 10 years proven experience working in plant and operations with leadership capability
• Experience in handling plant commissioning is a must.
• Excellent understanding of wood manufacture regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Have knowledge & troubleshooting for production machinery
• Strong aptitude in problem solving analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and technology
• Willing to be placed in Boyolali
