Description

As a Factory Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies for the factory's daily operations.
• Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are met consistently.
• Leading and motivating the team to meet production goals.
• Maintaining a positive and professional factory culture that encourages teamwork.
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with other managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Overseeing the hiring and training of new employees.
• Reporting on factory performance and goals.

Profile

A successful Factory Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a factory management role within the Property industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards within the industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other factory management software.
