Facility Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain clean, safe, and healthy working environment within all facilities, including warehouses, distribution centres and hubs.
2. Oversee security management within all facilities, ensuring proper security procedures and guidelines are well implemented.
3. Ensure that the facilities are in compliance with regulations and guidelines established by regulatory agencies.
4. Oversee, plan, and schedule the regular monitoring and maintenance of facilities, assets, equipment, and tools.
5. Manage asset inventory and conduct periodical asset inventory count in facilities.
6. Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and external parties for asset installation, support, and maintenance projects.
7. Master the fundamentals of HVAC cooling systems, Electrical Power & Project.
