Leading facility operation management (FOM) team at oversea site, developing facility systems operation & maintenance strategy and system, continuously optimizing and supervising to ensure effective execution.
According to local regulation and company requirements, provide directions for O&M documentation preparation, including SOPs, PM plan and other relative documents.
Overall managing site FOM operation cost, preparing yearly budget forecast and capital plans. Managing budget vs spending, contract review and continuous optimization to reduce operation cost.
Continuously optimize to reduce operation cost to meet related KPI goals, managing energy consumption and MOH spending. Facilitating Carbon emission management and Zero Carbon strategy execution.
Coordinating and managing FOM data from Oversea site, establishing site data base, analyzing data and setting up goals for optimization.
Involve in new project execution from design stage, arrange resources to supervise site construction and commissioning execution which lead by ONFP. Be responsible to take over facility systems from project team.
Leading CAPEX projects execution after handover for facility systems upgrading to meet business and process needs, ensure compliance and achieve projects’ target for safety, quality, schedule and cost control.
Leading FOM team and contractors to ensure daily activities fully in compliance with company EHS policy and guidance, eliminate risks and guarantee safe and compliance operation.
Responsible for on-site receiving of local authorities and make sure facility systems in compliance with local code requirement; Overall managing to complete client audit relate to facility systems, leading facility system safety & energy saving & system certification.
Overall facilitating site digitalization and Intelligent system installation and management for facility systems.
Approaching with Headquarter and evaluate all related items include lesson learned, case study and value engineering results etc. and implement on site if it is applicable.
Overall managing site contractors’ performance including contract management, manpower and KPIs etc.
Responsible for FOM team establishment and recruiting. Continuously improve resource efficiency and team culture building, as well as talent development and training.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical engineering, HVAC or relative fields is preferred.
10+ years working experience of operation & maintenance management on middle or large industrial manufacturing site, including electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, solar energy, or battery new energy company, at least 5 years of local working experience. Having project construction and management experience in related fields is a plus.
Engineering technical expertise to support all site project management and operating & maintenance for facility systems, e.g. electrical, HVAC, gas and related systems troubleshooting skills.
Strong abilities in logical thinking, document writing and presentations.
Good leadership and excellent team management skills, strong abilities to execute and learn, can work under pressure. Good at communication and coordination, collaboration and teamwork.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, Project etc.
Fluent English both in written and spoken. Mandarin communication skill is a plus.
