Job Description

What you will be doing:

1. Coordinate all group arrangements
2. Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
3. Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
4. Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
5. Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
6. Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration process
7. Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
8. Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
9. Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Sales Executive
2. Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Good knowledge of F&B service operation
4. Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
